On
Tuesday, July 13th, Jim will talk about the 12/31/2020 valuation,
provide a business update, and address questions.
There
will be a live update in the distribution center at 8:00 am.
At
9:00 am, Jim will provide the update via Zoom for employees working in 33

following OSHA Guidelines for Unvaccinated Workers
Following
the OSHA guidelines for employers regarding masking and issued on June 10,
2021:
All Dansko
Employees are required to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose while
indoors on campus at all times.
If you have vaccination certification on file
with HR, you are not required to wear a mask.
If you have
any specific questions, please see your manager or HR.
On
June 10, 2021, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) released
guidelines for employers regarding masking and other Covid-19 mitigation
efforts. OSHA mirrored the CDC in making clear that non-healthcare employers
may safely allow vaccinated workers to
return to normal workplace conditions — leaving behind masks, social
distancing, and other COVID-19 precautions — but unvaccinated
workers must continue to follow all of the CDC’s recommended precautions.
The CDC currently recommends unvaccinated
individuals:
- Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect
yourself and others.
- Stay 6 feet apart from others who don’t live with you.
- Get
a COVID-19 vaccine when
it is available to you.
- Avoid
crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces.
- Wash your hands often with
soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.
