  UPDATED Travel Policy 11/20/2020 The Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Order effective as of November 18, 2020 requires anyone visiting other states to get a Covid-19 test 72 hours prior to returning to Pennsylvania or quarantine for 14 days upon return.  Dansko’s travel policy effective 11/20/2020; If you travel out of state you will not be permitted on the Dansko Campus for 14 days upon returning to the West Grove area, unless you choose to take a Covid-19 test, and test negative.  As long as you test negative for Covid-19, you will be permitted to return to campus sooner than 14 days from returning to Pennsylvania. Please note that order does not apply to those who routinely cross state lines for work or healthcare.   BUSINESS TRAVEL All business travel remains suspended until further notice.   PERSONAL TRAVEL Please inform your manager of any plans to travel out of state PRIOR TO TRAVEL.   Requirements for Access to Dansko Campus Updated Effective November 20, 2020 Please note highlighted revisions.   If you present any of the following symptoms, DO NOT REPORT to campus: •    Cough; or •    Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; or •    Fever; or •    Chills; or •    Muscle pain; or •    Sore throat; or •    New loss of taste or smell   If you have any of the symptoms above or have a sick family member at home, believe you have been exposed to Covid-19 or are being tested for COVID-19 , do not report to campus. Thank you for providing the questions and feedback and please do not hesitate to reach out to your manager, HR, or Jim with additional questions. When will everyone get back to a full-time work schedule? ·           As of Monday, November 16th, all full-time employees are working full-time schedules.   When will we receive raises and performance reviews? ·          Annual compensation reviews were placed on hold in March 2020. We typically communicate guidance to managers in December regarding pay increases for the following year, and will provide an update then.   We anticipate compensation reviews to remain on hold through March 2021 and the goal is to resume a normal review schedule shortly thereafter...

Dansko Update 11/12/2020

  Plans for those working from home to return to working from 33 Federal  ( 10/12) As shared most recently in the October 12 FAQs: Until there is a more effective treatment, an available vaccine, or other change in recommendation from Pennsylvania or the CDC, those who can work from home will continue to do so. Given this, those regularly working from home will continue to do so through at least  March 1, 2021.    There is a possibility that people will be working from home beyond that date, and we will continue to evaluate the situation and update on a regular basis. We do not intend to bring anyone back to the office without reasonable notice.
