Spring 2022 Sales Meeting

Dansko had our Spring 2022 Virtual Sales Meeting this week, where we shared the Spring 2022 product line with our Independent Sales Representatives and International Distributors. Dansko currently has a lot of momentum and the Reps and Distributors were excited to see the new line. We have already received significant early orders and reps are very eager to hit the road (virtual and real) with their samples to see more accounts and get new orders! 

 

Small Group Meetings

We are planning small group/departmental meetings with Jim at the end of June. We are waiting for the ESOP statements to be finalized before we schedule these sessions. We will send out a survey in the coming weeks to collect questions for these sessions. Jim will talk about the 12/31/2020 valuation, provide a business update, and address questions. We’ll schedule these meetings as soon as we can.

Thanks to all of you who participated in the small group meetings and completed the follow-up survey. Below is a response from Jim Fox on some of the survey feedback. There will be additional questions covered in next week’s update:   Plans for a return to a regular 5-day a week workweek The most frequently asked question from employees is regarding Dansko’s return to a regular 5-day a week workweek. I greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding regarding this situation. I understand how frustrating and difficult it is to not have clarity regarding a specific date or event that would allow us to return to a normal schedule. At the same time, we have to balance providing employment, compensation, and benefits for as many employees as possible while managing for the long term and maintaining flexibility for Dansko in a time of enormous uncertainty.
