Personal Vaccination Status

Understanding Dansko employees’ vaccination rate is critical in guiding certain business decisions, such as reviewing our campus guidelines and creating a safe work environment. Return to 33 Federal Road – no earlier than 06/01/2021

There has been no change since last week’s 4/8 update to the Pennsylvania guidance regarding onsite work. So while we are getting closer to transitioning to regular office schedules at 33 Federal, we do not yet have a definitive date for when that transition will begin.

 

Pennsylvania's COVID-19 Guidance for Business strongly encourages all businesses to conduct their operations remotely through teleworking where possible. Additionally, Pennsylvania has not set out any benchmarks for vaccinations or other activity providing guidance or a timetable for a full return to onsite business.

 

Dansko will continue to review updated guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the CDC, and those who can work from home will continue to do so through at least June 1, 2021. We do not intend to bring anyone back to the office without reasonable notice. The goal is to provide at least two weeks' notice prior to returning to the office on any regular schedule.

 

Recognizing that there is work that cannot be done at home, 33 Federal is generally open every weekday for work scheduled in advance (by appointment only – contact your manager and Marc Vettori if you need to schedule time at 33 Federal.)
