Dansko Update 12/3/2020

Review your Paystubs

We always encourage you to review your paystub. This Friday's pay (12/4/2020) will be the first of the new benefit year. While we internally review benefit deductions thoroughly to ensure accuracy, we will especially encourage you to review your paystub this week, with attention to your benefit deductions. If you have any questions, please contact Brenda Z or Marc (hey, that's me!)

Health Benefit Membership Cards

Please be on the lookout for mail from Cigna, United Concordia, and Eye Med, respectively, as new benefit cards have all been mailed to your homes this week. If you don't receive your card or believe you've received a card in error, please contact Brenda Z or Marc V. (hey- that's still me).

 Adopt a Family 2020/Food Drive 2020

Dansko will not be participating in adopt a family or our annual food drive due to the pandemic. If you would like to donate to these organizations, you can do so through these links:

Chester County Food Bank

Oxford Neighborhood Services

COVID-19

The United States is experiencing a surge in Covid-19 cases. To protect yourself and your family, the CDC recommends:

·              Wear a cloth covering or medical mask when around others

·              Maintain Social Distance: at least 6 feet between people

·              Wash your hands frequently

·              Monitor your health- contact your Primary Care Physician if you display any Covid-19 Symptoms.

There is currently no change to our policy regarding coming to campus, please see below.

If you present any of the following symptoms, DO NOT REPORT to campus:

•    Cough; or

•    Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; or

•    Fever; or

•    Chills; or

•    Muscle pain; or

•    Sore throat; or

•    New loss of taste or smell

If you have any of the symptoms above or have a sick family member at home, believe you have been exposed to Covid-19 or are being tested for COVID-19, do not report to campus. Please let Marc and your Manager know and we will make alternate arrangements.

WHILE IN THE BUILDING

FACE COVERING

You must wear a cloth face covering at all times while you are in the building unless you are working alone in an individual office with a door that can be closed. If you have any questions regarding your situation please see your manager.

Regardless, wearing a face covering does not replace the need to practice social distancing.

If you do not have a cloth face covering, please contact Marc or Wendy to arrange to get one to you.

HAND WASHING

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available

·         Wash or use hand sanitizer on your hands immediately upon entering the facility and prior to leaving;

·         Sanitizer is provided at the front door

SOCIAL DISTANCING

·         Best practice is to avoid coming and going into the building at the same time;

·         You must be in separate offices, unless specifically excepted by Marc or Jim

·         No more than one individual can use a restroom at one time – please observe and abide by the “Occupied” sign (and return the sign to “Unoccupied” when you leave the restroom)

Ultimately, we are counting on all of the Dansko team to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, their family, and Dansko from COVID-19.

Thank you for your tenacity and attention to these critical matters.
