Dansko Update 10/15/2020

Dansko Benefit Open Enrollment

The open enrollment period for all of Dansko’s benefit plans is live. All employees will need to make their benefit selections by Friday, October 30, at 3:00 pm. Employees will make benefit selections using the EASE online system that was used for enrollment last year. If you are not taking Dansko benefits, you will need to log on and waive them.  We have attached a copy of the 2020-2021 Benefit Guide for your reference. Telemedicine Program

 

As a Cigna member, you have access MDLive, a telehealth provider, as part of your medical plan. 

You have access to the care you need whenever or wherever, day/night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays! You can connect with a board-certified physician via secure video chat or telephone with-out ever leaving your home or office. This service is available for a wide range of minor conditions, including prescribing needed medications. MDLive also offers virtual/private behavioral/mental health services.

 

Telehealth visits are a convenient option in addition to minute clinics or urgent care centers and cost much less than going to the emergency room.

Travel Policy remains in effect:

 BUSINESS TRAVEL

•         All Business travel remains suspended

PERSONAL TRAVEL

•         Please inform your manager of any personal travel plans PRIOR TO TRAVEL.

•         Travel is currently defined as more than 50 miles from West Grove, PA.

•         Contact HR (Marc Vettori x1154, cell # 484.472.2383, or marc.vettori@dansko.com) WHEN YOU RETURN from your trip.

 

Before returning to work, you will be asked the following:

•    Have you been in close contact (within 6ft for 10 minutes or more) with people outside of your household?

•    Did you go into a public place without a cloth or medical mask?

•    Have you attended a gathering of more than 25 people?

•    Do you believe you have been exposed to anyone infected currently with COVID-19 while traveling?

 

If you answer yes to any of the above, you may not be able to return to the Dansko campus for a period of time (3-14) DAYS after completing any travel.

Additionally,  Pennsylvania Department of Health travel policy (last updated 10/9) continues to advise that if you travel to one of these 25 states, you will need to quarantine for 14 days upon returning to Pennsylvania.

As far as Dansko’s current travel policy, if you have traveled to one of the states identified by Pennsylvania Department of Health, you will not be permitted on the Dansko Campus for 14 days upon returning to the West Grove area. 

 

Additionally:

 

If you present any of the following symptoms, DO NOT REPORT to campus:

•    Cough; or

•    Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; or

•    Fever; or

•    Chills; or

•    Muscle pain; or

•    Sore throat; or

•    New loss of taste or smell

 

If you have any of the symptoms above or have a sick family member at home, or are being tested for COVID-19, let Marc and your Manager know and we will make alternate arrangements.

 

Ultimately, we are counting on all of the Dansko team to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, their family, and Dansko from COVID-19.
