Dansko Fall Complimentary Shoe Program

Dansko will be reinstating the Complimentary Shoe Program, for the Fall season, effective Monday, September 28. Employees may resume the process of placing an order for complimentary pairs through the SharePoint website.  Five Star Distribution Center employees can pick up their complimentary shoes at Five Star.  Residents of 33 Federal, working from home, will be able to pick up their complimentary shoes at the company store. An email is generated when the order is prepared; expect the shoes to be transferred to the company store approximately 48 hrs. after receiving this email. We expect the complete order process to be  3-4 business days. Please do not call the Company Store for status updates.  If you are currently ineligible to come to campus due to the Dansko Travel Policy, you will need to wait until that quarantine period has ended before picking up your shoes. Any pairs not placed for the Spring season are still on hold at this time to allow for Fall pairs to be processed. 

 

Dansko Retirement Plan Beneficiary Review

With the Vanguard transition completed, we encourage all Dansko Retirement Plan Participants to review their retirement plan beneficiaries.   These can be reviewed and updated via your Vanguard participant account through the menu, my profile, beneficiaries. If you have any questions, please contact Vanguard directly at  Mon.–Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Eastern time 800-523-1188.

 

Small Group/Department Meetings

We will be scheduling small group/departmental meetings with Jim the week of 10/5-10/9.  We’ll have small meetings in the DC, and ZOOM calls for those working at home. Jim will provide an update on the business as Dansko looks to the fourth quarter of 2020. In advance of those meetings, we’ll be sending out a short survey monkey looking to collect questions you may have for Jim. The survey will be sent out early next week. We will have paper copies available in the cafeteria as well.
