Dansko Update: PA quarantine recommendation
Last weekend Pennsylvania state health officials added four
states, including Delaware, to the travel quarantine recommendation aimed at
reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Governor Wolf’s
administration has advised that if you travel to one
of these 19 states, you will need to quarantine for 14 days upon
returning to Pennsylvania.

As far as Dansko’s current travel
policy, this means that if you have traveled to one of the states identified
by Governor Wolf’s administration, you will not be permitted on the Dansko
Campus for 14 days upon returning to the West Grove area.
Additionally, if you have guests visiting you from any of
these states, please contact Marc Vettori.
DELAWARE
Exceptions
We recognize that many of us live, shop, and transit
through Delaware. Understanding the close proximity of Delaware to the Dansko
Campus and the different risk levels within Delaware, exceptions to the policy
may be granted depending on the nature, location, and/or duration of an
employee’s travel in Delaware.
Specifically, for those who reside in or travel to New Castle and Kent counties and can answer “no” to the
following questions based on the CDC and Chester County Health Department’s
guidelines, you may be permitted on the Dansko Campus.
- Have you been in close contact (within 6ft for 10
minutes or more) with people outside of your household?
- Did you go into a public place without a cloth or medical mask?
- Have you attended a gathering of more than 25 people?
- Do you believe you have been exposed to anyone infected currently with COVID-19 while traveling?
As always, the policy is subject to change based on updated developments and recommendations
from governmental and health authorities.
Thank you all for
your hard work and flexibility. We appreciate your support under these
difficult circumstances.
