Dansko Update 06.02.2020

Dansko learned on Monday, June 1, 2020, that one of our employees in the Distribution Center tested positive for COVID-19.  The employee was sent home immediately after we learned the employee had tested positive.  Consistent with the Centers for Disease Control guidelines and as reviewed with the Chester County Health Department, Dansko has:
·       Interviewed all employees who may have come in close contact with the sick employee (as described in the CDC guidelines as exposure of more than 10 minutes of within six feet)
·       Confirmed that there had not been exposure via “close contact” with any other employees;
·       Conducted a deep clean of the work area.
Subsequently we learned this evening, Tuesday, June 2, 2020, that another employee tested positive and the same process will be used to determine what additional action is appropriate.  We are of course monitoring the situation and Dansko continues to follow the CDC and Chester County guidelines for business and the workplace.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in continuing to social distance and following all appropriate guidelines.
