Spring Sales Meeting:
Yesterday afternoon, Dansko held its first virtual Sales Meeting with over 50 sales reps, international distributors, and internal staff participating from around the globe to preview the Spring 2021 product line. Day Two will be held on Tuesday, June 16th.  

Dansko Travel Policy:
We need to remain vigilant in following through with best practices to mitigate coronavirus risk. Restrictions are being lifted, people want to move around and get back to something close to normal, but we have to continue to take the risk of infection seriously. Yesterday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Chester County is the only county in Southeastern Pennsylvania to show an increase in new coronavirus cases in the latest two-week period. The Inquirer specifically noted Avondale, Kennett Square, and West Grove as the “three towns with the largest increases.”  And as a reminder, the travel policy below still remains in effect.

TRAVEL POLICY
  • Please inform your manager of any personal travel plans.
    • Travel is currently defined as more than 50 miles from West Grove, PA
  • Contact HR (Marc Vettori x1154, 484.472.2383, or marc.vettori@dansko.com) WHEN YOU RETURN from your trip.
  • You will not be able to return to the Dansko campus for 14 DAYS after completing any travel.

We understand the desire to make plans for the summer and clarity on when and/or how the travel policy may change. While we are not yet ready to make any changes to the travel policy, we are constantly reviewing and will provide an update when Chester County moves closer to GREEN status.

401K Retirement Plan (transition to Vanguard):
Participants will be receiving a separate email with details regarding the new timeline for the 401(k) transition to Vanguard. (Spoiler alert – the new targeted conversion date is September 1, 2020.)
