Dansko Update 05.28.2020
Dansko,
Late
last week, Governor Wolf announced plans to move Chester County into the yellow
phase effective Friday, June 5th. As previously discussed, with the potential
exception of the Company Store, we do not expect significant changes in
Dansko’s facility status.
For
Dansko, beginning Monday, June 8th, the campus access will be the following:

Dansko distribution
center remains open on a limited basis
o
As always, your
manager will be in touch with you regarding your schedule

Dansko Company Store
will begin preparations for a potential limited opening.
o
Your manager will be
in touch with you regarding your schedule.
·
Dansko offices at 33
Federal remain closed until further notice
o
Your manager will
work with you regarding any limited exceptions to enter 33 Federal
The
reduced workweek for those who are able to continue working (in the
distribution center on a limited basis or from home) remains in effect through
the pay period ending June 14th. Again, your manager will work with you
regarding your specific schedule.
Employees
subject to the reduced workweek will need to choose whether to take the balance
of days as unpaid or take PTO from their current PTO balance. The election for
the workweek of June 1st – June 5th must be submitted
by noon on Friday, May 29th. The election for
the workweek of June 8th – June 12th must be submitted
by noon on Wednesday, June 3rd. Please
communicate your elections to your manager, who will coordinate with HR for
processing.
As a
reminder, no employees should visit Five Star or 33 Federal if they are not
scheduled and do not have prior approval from the DC/Operations Director –Wendy
Covington (Five Star) or HR Director – Marc Vettori (33 Fed).

employees currently on furlough will remain on furlough unless contacted by
your manager.
