Coronavirus Update: 04.03.2020 Dansko Business Update (Friday Evening)

Based on the updated situation and directives from PA Governor Wolf, below is a revised status update:
REVISED FACILITY STATUS
• Dansko distribution center at 10 Five Star Drive is reopening on a limited basis beginning Monday, April 6th.
o Your manager will be in touch with you regarding the distribution center schedule.
• Dansko company store will be closed through Sunday, May 3rd.
• Dansko offices at 33 Federal Road will be closed through Sunday, May 3rd.
Dansko is conducting limited business operations as a “life-sustaining business” in accordance with Pennsylvania Governor Wolf’s directives. We have had teams in yesterday and today to get ready for resuming operations to support retailers, consumers, and especially those healthcare professionals requesting Dansko footwear.
We are committed to following best practices to protect the health and safety of our employees consistent with CDC guidelines. These efforts include minimizing the number of employees in the distribution center at any one time, enforcing social distancing, staggered shifts, regular hand washing, enhanced site cleaning, and other measures. Thank you for helping us follow these best practices while we resume limited operations.
Those employees who can work from home will continue to do so. Employees who cannot work from home will continue to be paid next week comparable to their current status since the facilities have been closed.
Again, in all cases, your manager or supervisor will work with you regarding appropriate schedules and expectations.
Additional information will be provided by Tuesday, April 7th regarding updates for the week beginning Monday, April 13th.
