First and foremost, everyone’s personal health
and safety is critical.

This is a dynamic and evolving situation. Be
calm, patient, and flexible.
·
There is currently no evidence of transfer of
the virus through any means other than person to person.
Things you can do:
·
Stay home
from work if you are sick.
o We
cannot emphasize this enough. HR will be monitoring with managers and
supervisors.
·
Notify HR if you have a family member at home
that has been diagnosed with COVID-19
·
Cough and sneeze into your elbow.
·
Get your flu shot.
·
Wash your hands properly and frequently.
Things Dansko is doing:
·
Visitors to West Grove buildings
o We
are asking all departments to review onsite meetings with outside vendors,
customers, and other visitors on a case-by-case basis and make alternate
arrangements, when appropriate.
·
Business Travel
o International
travel for Dansko is currently suspended.
o Domestic
travel is being reviewed and monitored on a case-by-case basis.

o For
the time being, please inform your manager of any personal travel plans.

o Dansko’s
cleaning service is cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic surfaces like door
handles on a daily basis.
Note: Above updates are based on CDC recommended
strategies for businesses.
